I was reading the Frugal Upstate blog and found a cool site — http://www.imagechef.com/ic/make.jsp — that she linked to that does free, cool, customizable graphics. I played with it all day yesterday. Fun stuff! (and her blog is fun, btw… love any money saving tips I can get my hands on.) I just had to share it with you, so you can be addicted too!
Reflections.

I took this picture on a walk. The reflection in the door is of the house across the street. The house kind of looks creepy though, eh?

Tonight I was rocking Forest to sleep. He had his eyes closed for a while, and I thought he was asleep. But he opened up his eyes, picked up his head, looked me straight in the eyes and said "Momma?", to which I said "Yes?", and he said "You’re the best Mommy in the whole wide world." He then closed his eyes and again, and went to sleep.
I sat there thinking about him. He’s the baby that I prayed for almost 2 years for. He’s the baby that I was dreaming of during my heartbreaking miscarriages. He was the baby that first stole my heart. He is the baby that screamed his head off at me for nearly the first 6 months of his life, and made me feel so helpless. He is the child that asks me how my sleep was each morning. He is the child that takes control of every situation he is in (or at least tries). He is the leader of his friends. He is my sensitive soul. He’s a little pro golfer wanna-be. He the child that looks out for his brother. He is Larry Boy with the suction ears (and I’m his Alfred). He is a little merman in the bathtub. He is my son. Do you hear me world??!!! He is mine!!!!! And he told me that I’m a good Mommy!!!! *tears of joy*
